Document management is accessed from the Documents tabs in relevant modules. The following modules support this feature: Company Details, Component Stocks, Cost Centres, Gauge Calibration, Material Stocks, Purchase Orders, Quotations, Supplier Non Conformance, Tasks, Tool Definitions, Works Non Conformance and Works Orders.
Files are saved to a designated folder. Any document stored here will be shown in a list box and can be opened with the relevant associated program by double-clicking.
The folder can also be opened directly from PSL Datatrack, giving quick access to save, edit or delete files within.
